Firefighters called out to home on Armour Avenue in Cudahy for fire; no one hurt

CUDAHY -- Firefighters battled a house fire on Armour Avenue in Cudahy on Tuesday night, March 1st. The call came in around 11 p.m.

When crews arrived on scene they found flames coming from a second-story window.

The two occupants of the home were able to exit safely.

Investigators say the fire may have started with a mattress -- but they are still looking into the cause. Authorities say the fire is not considered suspicious.
