We Energies crews called out to gas leak on Washington Avenue in Waukesha

WAUKESHA -- We Energies crews were called out to a home on Washington Avenue near Summit Avenue Thursday morning, March 3rd to deal with a gas leak.

A We Energies spokesperson said a call came in that a gas line was struck.

The gas leak was taken care of by We Energies officials.

We're told a plastic service line was hit by someone digging in the area.
