Bartolotta Restaurant Group and Management Company announce hiring plans
MILWAUKEE — Bartolotta Restaurant Group and their management arm, Phoenix Hospitality Group, which is responsible for the three new restaurants opening this spring at The Mayfair Collection, have announced they will soon be recruiting and hiring in anticipation of rapid expansion at the company.
The recruiting will kick off with open interviews at job fairs through the month of March and beginning of April to be held at their downtown restaurant, Rumpus Room. There will be four job fairs (with more to be added in April) to be held at the following times:
Thursday, March 10 / 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Saturday March 12 / 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Thursday, March 31 / 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Saturday, April 2/ 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Each job fair will be interviewing for talent to fill several positions including cooks, servers, hosts, bartenders, and cashiers. The initial job fairs will focus on seasonal positions at Northpoint Custard located at Bradford Beach (open during the summer season) and both seasonal and permanent positions at Harbor House, the fine dining seafood restaurant located on Lake Michigan. The company estimates that approximately thirty positions will be available at the initial job fairs.
A larger recruiting effort will take place in April for the upcoming (and currently unnamed) taco restaurant, tavern, and French bistro at The Mayfair Collection. After hiring for 100 positions at their fast casual restaurant, Osgood’s, Phoenix Hospitality Group is looking for over 200 full and part-time employees at all levels and positions. Tuesday, April 19 through Saturday, April 23 / 10AM – 6PM
Tuesday, April 26 through Saturday April 30 / 10AM – 6PM
