MASL playoffs: Milwaukee Wave beat Chicago Mustangs 7-2 in game one

MILWAUKEE — The six-time champion Milwaukee Wave defeated the Chicago Mustangs in game one of three of the Major Arena Soccer League playoffs Saturday night, March 5th at UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena, 7-2.

“We dictated from the start and had a great team effort tonight,” said Head Coach Giuliano Oliviero. “Goal by goal we got stronger as a team and we’ll go into tomorrow’s game two with the same approach. We’re looking forward to it.”

Up next is game two at the Sears Centre in Chicago on Sunday, March 6th at 6:05 p.m.

A 15-minute mini-game three will take place after game two if necessary.
