MPD: Argument leads to double shooting near 36th & Garfield; two arrested

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating a double shooting that occurred late Tuesday night, March 8th.

It happened around 10:15 p.m. near 36th and Garfield.

Police say an argument led to shots fired between a 33-year-old man and a 28-year-old man. Both sustained what appear to be non-life threatening injuries.

One of the subjects transported himself to the hospital --  the other was transported by ambulance from a nearby location.

Both of these subjects are currently under arrest.

Police say their investigation into this incident is ongoing.
