14-year-old boy arrested, accused of threatening classmate at elementary school

MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee police are investigating a threat of a Cooper Elementary student made by a fellow student on Friday, March 11th.

Police say a 14-year-old male threatened another student via social media and no direct threat was made to the school.

As a precaution the school was checked and nothing suspicious was found.

The suspect has been arrested and the investigation is ongoing.

Police say the case will be presented to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office in the coming days.
