Carroll University officials planning construction of $20M building that would replace Lowry Hall

WAUKESHA -- Carroll University officials are planning the construction of a $20 million building for its nursing, physics, engineering and exercise science programs.

The two-story building would replace Lowry Hall on Barstow Street, and connect with a new science building that is currently under construction.

Carroll University is seeking city of Waukesha approval for the new building.

University officials hope to begin emptying Lowry Hall once classes end in May, and demolition and construction would follow soon after.

The new building would be complete in December 2017.
