MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee police are asking the public to help identify a suspect who is accused of robbing the Walgreens located at 3233 S. 27th Street around 1:30 a.m. on March 17th.

Police say the suspect walked into the store and removed several pieces of merchandise and hid them in his waistband. As the suspect tried to leave the store, he was confronted by a security officer, at which time, the suspect pulled out a knife and threatened the security officer. The suspect then fled from the scene.

The suspect is described as a black male, 34-42 years-old, 5’10”-6’ tall, 200-220 pounds, with a dark complexion, braided hair, and a slight beard. He was last seen wearing all black clothing and turquoise shoes.

It’s believed the same suspect as committed at least two other similar robberies on the South Side recently.

Anyone with information is asked to call Milwaukee Police at 414-935-7360.
