MILWAUKEE -- As parents, it's in our nature to jump right in and help our kids out. But there are some situations when the kids can handle it themselves. Dr. Matt Jandrisevits with Children's Hospital of Wisconsin joined the Studio A team with some advice.

Situations to let your child handle alone

  1. Disagreements with siblings
  2. Playground Conflict
  3. Forgotten items for school
  4. Conflicts with the other parent
  5. Relationships with other people
  6. The thing that they knew they shouldn`t have done, but did anyway.
