Can you help? Police seek suspects after El Tucanazo restaurant robbed at gunpoint

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are asking the public to help identify and locate three suspects wanted in an armed robbery at El Tucanazo restaurant at 2940 S. 13th Street (near S. 12th Street and W. Dakota Street). It happened around 9:50 p.m. on April 25th.

According to police, two suspects walked into the restaurant and stole money from the restaurant’s register and from customers. The two suspects then left the restaurant and met their getaway driver before they fled in a blue or green Chevrolet Trailblazer.



Suspect #1 is the driver of the Trailblazer. He is described as a Hispanic male in his 30s, standing 5’5”-5’6” tall, weighing180 pounds, with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, dark pants and a black vest.

Suspect #2 is a Hispanic male, around 25 years old, standing 5’5” tall, weighing 140 pounds, with a slim build. He was last seen wearing a blue bandanna, a blue hooded sweatshirt and jeans and was armed with a shotgun.

Suspect #3 is a Hispanic male, between the ages of 24-30, standing 5’7”-5’10” tall, and weighing 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and a blue bandanna and was armed with a black semi-automatic gun.
