Man taken into custody on charges of delivery of heroin after search warrant served in Somers

KENOSHA COUNTY -- Officials with the Kenosha County Sheriff's Department say a man was arrested when a search warrant was executed at a home on 6th Street in Somers on three counts of delivery of heroin.

The "no knock" search warrant was executed at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 4th.

Kenosha County Sheriff's deputies and "Kenosha Drug Operations Group" officials took the man into custody without incident.

Officials searched the home and discovered contraband associated with heroin, pills, unidentified powder, firearms and money.

The man has not yet been officially charged.
