PLEASANT PRAIRIE -- Pleasant Prairie police need your help locating a vehicle after a hit-and-run involving two motorcycles on Tuesday night, May 3rd. Looking at the wreckage left behind, investigators said it's a miracle the bikers walked away from the crash.

"It's truly a miracle that both of these men are going to walk away from this," Pleasant Prairie Police Lt. Paul Marik said.

It happened around 10:30 p.m. near 110th Street and Green Bay Road, as a group of about 10 motorcyclists was traveling northbound.

A vehicle came from behind at about 90 miles-per-hour.

"Some of the bikers in the left lane and some of the bikers in the rear were moving over into the right lane to allow the vehicle to pass," Lt. Marik said.

The suspect vehicle struck one of the bikes, which then tumbled into another bike.

A member of the group of motorcyclists then sped up to follow the suspect vehicle for about a quarter-mile. That person was able to provide police with a description of the vehicle.
