Miller Brewing wins big at 2016 World Beer Cup

MILWAUKEE — Miller Brewing scored big at the 2016 World Beer Cup.

The Milwaukee-based brewer was named champion brewery and brewmaster in the large brewing company category.

Almost 2,000 breweries submitted more than 6,500 entries into this year’s competition.

The flagship brew, Miller Lite, also took home a gold medal in the light lager category.
