Inspector Jutiki Jackson earns coveted award for his leadership in the community



MILWAUKEE -- He started his career in 1991 -- and he just recently won a Marquette University Alumni Award. Milwaukee Police Inspector Jutiki Jackson joined the Studio A team on Tuesday, May 17th to talk about his community leadership  -- which led to the award.

Inspector Jutiki Jackson began his career with the Milwaukee Police Department in November of 1992 and most recently served as the Commander for the Seventh District which encompasses the Northwest Side of Milwaukee.  Jackson was promoted from the position of Lieutenant in 2013 and Captain in 2016.  Among other assignments, Jackson worked at the Neighborhood Task Force where he was tasked with deployments and strategies.
