47-year-old convicted sex offender set to be released in Waukesha

WAUKESHA -- Waukesha police are notifying the public of a convicted sex offender set to be released into the community.

Police say 47-year-old James Radtke will be living at a home at 1356 E. Moreland Boulevard #1-B in Waukesha.

Radtke, who stands 6'3" tall and weighs 250 pounds is a white man, with black/gray hair and brown eyes. He wears glasses, and has skull and paw print tattoos on his left arm, wolf and naked lady tattoos on his right arm, a feather tattoo on his chest, and grim reaper and "Iceman" tattoos on his back.

Police say Radtke's victims include pre-teen and teenage female acquaintances.

Radtke must register for life with the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry, and he will be submitted to face-to-face registration with law enforcement officials. He is to have no unsupervised contact with minors, and may not go to taverns, bars or liquor stores. He may have no contact with victims and cannot possess or consume illegal drugs.

He will be on GPS monitoring while under supervision.

Police say Radtke's criminal history places him in a classification level which reflects the potential to reoffend.

Radtke has served the prison sentence imposed on him by the courts.
