Greenfield police need your help locating striking vehicle after hit-and-run near 99th & Cold Spring

GREENFIELD -- Greenfield police are investigating a hit-and-run accident that occurred late Monday night, May 30th -- and they need your help locating the striking vehicle.

At approximately 10:13 p.m., the Greenfield Police Department received a call reporting a hit-and-run accident involving a pedestrian. It happened near 99th Street and Cold Spring Road.

We're told the victim, a 42-year-old Racine man, was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Officials say the suspect vehicle did not stop.

That vehicle is described as a 2006-2012 white Toyota Rav4 with front bumper and front passenger side headlight damage.

It was last observed headed eastbound on W. Cold Spring Road at a high rate of speed.
