Recognize them? Milwaukee police seek two suspects in burglary of Sunrise Foods

MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee police are asking the public to help identify two suspects wanted in a burglary at Sunrise Foods near Locust and Weil around 3:00 a.m. on June 5th.

Police say the suspects used a hammer to pry boards from the window of the business. Suspect #1 climbed into the window while Suspect #2 acted as a lookout. Suspect #1 stole money and merchandise from the store before he and Suspect #2 fled from the scene northbound on foot.

Suspect #1 is described as a black man in his 20s, standing 5’6”-5’8” tall with a slim build. He was last seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, a light mask and dark pants.

Suspect #2 is described as a black man in his 20s, standing 5’6”-5’8” tall, and weighing about 220 pounds. He was last seen wearing a T-shirt, pants and gym shoes.
