DOT officials warning drivers about additional lane closures on I-41/45 near Holy Hill this weekend

WASHINGTON COUNTY -- Officials with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation say there will be additional lane closures on southbound I-41/US 45, from Holy Hill Road to Freistadt Road, in Washington County on Friday evening, June 10th.

DOT officials say these lane restrictions are necessary to facilitate paving operations.

A double lane closure is scheduled for the evening hours of Friday to Saturday. During the day Saturday, this double lane closure will be replaced with a single lane closure.

The existing long-term lane closures will remain in effect over the weekend.

Also beginning Friday night, the entrance ramp from Holy Hill Road to I-41/US 45 southbound will be fully closed to build up the curve banking. The on-ramp detour is as follows:

The ramp closure and the aforementioned single lane closures are anticipated to end late Sunday afternoon.
