Franklin man comes forward to claim $100,000 Powerball ticket

FRANKLIN — A Franklin resident matched four numbers plus the Powerball in the Saturday, June 11 Powerball drawing.

He matched four numbers plus the Powerball.  He also chose the Power Play option to increase his $50,000 prize to $100,000.

According to Powerball officials, the winning numbers from the drawing were 20, 27, 36, 41 and 58 with a Powerball of 7. The Power Play number was 2.

The ticket was purchased at the Kwik Trip at 1504 North Center Street in Beaver Dam.

The next Powerball drawing will be held on Wednesday, June 15. The jackpot is estimated at $153 million ($103.4 million cash).
• Plays cost $2 each
• Tickets must be purchased by 9:00 p.m. to be included in the drawing
• Choose five numbers between 1-69 and one Powerball number between 1-26
• Sign your ticket and check it as soon as possible to avoid missing out on any prize you may have won
