MISHICOT — Manitowoc County sheriff’s officials say a large snake that attacked a poodle is on the loose in Mishicot.

Deputies were called to an apartment about 2:00 a.m. Monday, June 27th by the tenants who say the four-foot-long ball python was biting the dog’s ear and coiling around it.

The ball python isn’t venomous and kills its prey by wrapping around it and crushing it.

A tenant threw the snake out of the window. Deputies weren’t able to locate it.

The tenant should be charged with as many offenses possible relating to their lack of cooperation. They should also be publicly named and shamed.

Exactly, who bothers an animal when eating and throws it out a window ? Let it finish, snakes need love too and are much more reserved than a yippy little fur ball.
