U.S. Drought Monitor: Abnormally dry conditions seen in southeast Wisconsin

MILWAUKEE -- The U.S. Drought Monitor released on Thursday, July 14th its latest drought summary -- and parts of southeast Wisconsin are identified on the latest map.

The summary indicates the area shown in yellow below are abnormally dry.

The summary noted while it has been an extremely wet week in the upper Midwest and parts of northern Wisconsin experienced flash flooding, much of the Midwest missed out on that moisture. That includes southeast Wisconsin.
