16-year-old Seth Rice, missing from Hartland, found safe

HARTLAND -- Hartland police say a missing 16-year-old boy has been found safe.

Police said Thursday, July 21st Rice left home on Monday, July 18th from his residence in Hartland and had not been in contact with his parents since then. There was concern for his well-being.

Again -- Rice has been located and is safe.
