Food, family and fun! The 165th Wisconsin State Fair is now open for 11-day run

WEST ALLIS — The Wisconsin State Fair is now open! The fair opened for its 11-day run on Thursday, August 4th. The gates opened at 8:00 a.m.

Most buildings at the Fair Park are open from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. daily during the Fair. The SpinCity Amusement Ride & Game Area opens at 10:00 a.m. daily. On the final Sunday, August 14th, barn closures begin at 3:00 p.m., buildings close at 9:00 p.m. and the Fair Park and SpinCity close at 10:00 p.m.

Parking is $10 per vehicle. Designated accessible parking areas are as follows:


    Parking is $5 per motorcycle. Enter Gate 1 on S. 79th Street and W. Greenfield Avenue, Gate 7 on Kearney Street (I-94 Frontage Road) or Gate 9 at S. 76th Street and W. Pierce Street.

    A limited number of $20 Preferred Parking spaces are available near the Main Stage Entrance via Gate 1, and near the U.S. Cellular Main Gate Entrance via Gate 7. For more details, and to purchase Preferred Parking prior to the Fair, please click here. Advanced purchase is recommended!

    Adults (12 & over) $12
    Seniors (60 & over) $7
    Military/Veterans with ID $7
    Youth (ages 6-11) $6
    Children (5 & under) FREE

    8:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. Sunday – Thursday
    8:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. Friday & Saturday
    8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Final Sunday
