Police need help identifying suspect accused of robbing 2 McDonald's restaurants in 2-hour period

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police need your help identifying a suspect wanted in connection with armed robberies at two McDonald's restaurants that happened on Monday, August 8th.

Police say the first incident happened around 6:40 p.m. at the McDonald’s located at 8220 W. Hampton Avenue (near 82nd and Hampton).



The suspect ordered food from the cashier, jumped over the counter, showed a handgun to the employee and demanded money.

The suspect took the cash and then fled on foot.

The second incident happened around 8:30 p.m. at the McDonald’s located at 2700 W. Capitol Drive (near 27th and Capitol).

The suspect ordered food and remained in the restaurant for approximately one hour.  He then went through an unlocked employee door, displayed a gun and ordered the manager to remove money from the safe.

The suspect took the cash, fled on foot and then got into a black, four-door vehicle with dark tinted windows.

The suspect is described as a black male, between the ages of 24 and 30, standing 6’-6’2” tall, with a thin/medium build, a medium complexion and a gold grill in his mouth.

He was last seen wearing a blue jacket with the word “Security” on the back, a black “Fisherman-style" hat, jeans, and black shoes.
