Police leave area near 8th and Wisconsin after officers in riot gear seen near Domino's



MILWAUKEE -- There was a large police presence near 8th and Wisconsin in downtown Milwaukee Sunday night, August 14th.

Police responded to the area around 9:30 p.m. after a group of young men came to the area in vehicles. Police said they were seen wearing bandanas.

Officers showed up to the scene -- not knowing what intentions the young men may have had. The initial reports indicated the group involved 15-20 people in five to six vehicles.

The group of men apparently exited the vehicles and then soon afterwards, got back in and left the scene.











FOX6 News is told no arrests were made at this location. No one was hurt.

There's no indication at this point that any weapons were displayed.

There was no property damage at this location.
