Hit-and-run crash on off-ramp from I-94 to Ryan Road in Franklin

FRANKLIN — The Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a hit-and-run crash that happened Monday, August 22nd on an off-ramp from I-94 to Ryan Road.

It happened around 11:15 a.m.

Officials say a car hit the back of a semi on the off-ramp, and the people inside took off running.

The person who is believed to have been the driver is in custody.

    A very easy answer. If driver doesn’t rat out buddies at the time of sentencing, he gets his sentence for the stolen van and whatever other citations are given times the number buddies that ran. If he chooses to sit for 15 years to protect other criminals, so be it.
