Police: 66-year-old man struck by vehicle while riding bicycle near Appleton & Nash

MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee police are investigating a crash involving a bicyclist and a vehicle that happened Monday afternoon, August 29th near Appleton and Nash.

Police say shortly after 3:00 p.m., a vehicle headed west on Appleton struck a 66-year-old man who was riding a bicycle east on Nash.

The man was taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

Police say the driver stayed on scene and is cooperating with the investigation.
