Milwaukee police say a stolen Hyundai was driving east at a high rate of speed and struck a northbound GMC van as it crossed Villard. This caused the van to roll and strike a westbound white Honda.

The driver of the Hyundai fled the scene — and officers continue to seek that suspect.

The one person in the van — and the four persons in the Honda were taken to hospitals for treatment of what is believed to be non-life threatening injuries.

Too bad the driver of the stolen car wasn’t seriously injured. I’m tired of it. This is the only city I’ve ever lived where I was always nervous driving with so many stolen cars crashing at a high rate of speed.
