Marquette HS notches win #700 in school history

WAUWATOSA -- In the school's 999th game overall, Marquette high school was able to notch the school's 700th win. Sussex Hamilton became victim number 700 at Hart Park in Wauwatosa. Jared Lieungh streaks down the sideline, 28 yards for a 7 to nothing lead. Then the defense chips in. Joe Heffernan comes up with a poor Hamilton pitch leading to a short TD run by Lieungh, 14 to nothing. The host stretch the advantage when quarterback Freddie Poorman connects with Justin Novotny. The tight end gets in from seven yards out. 21-nothing Hilltoppers at half. It's all Marquette in this one.
