Racine police: 36-year-old man shot near 16th and Holmes Avenue

RACINE -- Racine police are investigating after a 36-year-old man was shot near 16th and Holmes Avenue Wednesday afternoon, September 14th.

According to the Racine Police Department, the victim was transported to Wheaton Franciscan Medical Center.

It is unclear the condition of the victim at this time.

Investigation into this shooting is ongoing.
