MPD: Armed robbery suspect taken into custody after leading police on pursuit

MILWAUKEE — One person was taken into custody Thursday night, November 3rd after leading police on a high speed chase.

According to police, the chase began around 7:45 p.m. after officers spotted a vehicle that was used by a suspect to flee from an armed robbery near 10th and Center.

Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop and the suspect fled at a high rate of speed. Officers pursued the vehicle until the suspect stopped and fled on foot in the area of 10th and Cleveland.

After a short foot pursuit, the suspect was taken into custody.

    I hope they roughed him up real good once they caught his dumb ass. Now it’s up to the D.A. and the judges to make sure this idiot won’t be out putting innocent people at risk of being robbed and or murdered. He could have killed an innocent person in that chase as well. Lock him up like an animal, and leave him there.

    Perhaps one of those 3 colored municipal judges who allowed all the arrest warrants to be cancelled will only require a signature bond for this lowlife POS?
