MILWAUKEE -- Changing the culture of how kids celebrate birthdays is not an easy task, but one local school district has managed to get students to voluntarily trade in treats. Brian Kramp shows us how the birthday celebrations for some K-4th graders has resulted in a happier and healthier student body.
