No one hurt after early-morning fire at home in Mukwonago

MUKWONAGO — No one was hurt in a fire at a home in Mukwonago Thursday morning, November 10th.

Officials with the Mukwonago Fire Department say the occupants of a two-story home on Lakeview Drive woke up around 12:30 a.m. and saw smoke and fire on the home’s front porch.

They were able to get out of the home safely.

Crews arrived at the home, and the fire was extinguished.


Some fire extended into the overhead and melted some siding, but didn’t break through into the home.

Eleven departments responded to the scene.

Damage is estimated at $50,000.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
