PORTLAND, Oregon — Out of 108 protesters arrested in Portland following last week’s election, only 31 voted, according to voter logs released by the Multnomah County Elections Division.

Among the 72 who did not vote, 36 were not registered to vote.

There was not enough information to determine whether five of the arrestees voted or were registered to vote, according to elections workers.

The numbers do not include arrested protesters under the age of 18.

Anti-Trump protesters took to the streets of Portland on election night and every night for the rest of the week, resulting in clashes with police, a riot, damage to cars and buildings and a multitude of arrests.

The Portland Police Bureau and Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office announced Monday, November 14th that the charges for the more than 100 people arrested would be no-complainted, or dropped for the time being, pending further review.

Police described it as procedural, due to the sheer number of arrests and cases to review from the protests before deciding on possible prosecution.

The arrestees who did not vote ranged in age from 18 to 52 years old, according to county records. The oldest person arrested who was not registered to vote was 41 years old.

People like this are EXACTLY why Trump got elected!
The majority of people are sick of being labeled, “racist/sexist/homophobe/etc” simply because they have a different view. The rest of the country is NOT racist, etc and to blindly label people as such is despicable. So much for your tolerance!
Oh, and by the way, it was an ELECTION! That means that the majority had a different view than you…so you lost! Get over it!

The “Election” is the right time to unite and cast your ballot. NOT after.
I was willing to except Clinton if she won. Why can’t the Clinton supporters except that Trump won?
I guess you are never going to make everyone happy.

Now if the bias news media would stop trashing Trump and start to find the sliver lining maybe it wouldn’t add more fuel to these violent protests. I wonder how many of them are being “paid” to protest like the “Occupy Wall Street” gang. Most of the protesters when asked why they were there didn’t even know. Some said because they were paid $50.
The Koch Brothers have websites and pay organizers to get the “protesters” and after they get then all rallied up the hired organizes LEAVE and the clueless protesters of hire are the ones that get arrested.

Watch “Citizen Koch” on Netflix. The Koch Brother’s “gave” $400 Million to Scott Walker’s campaign. One has to wonder why?

Donald Trump’s campaign was based on mass deception and outright lies concerning the direction he intends to take America. Trump’s selection Stephen Banner as chief strategist is extremely troubling. It provides strong clues as to where Donald Trump really intends to take America. Mr. Bannon is a prominent member of the American Nazi party. Donald Trump himself is secretly a member of unsavory organizations like the American Nazi party. A Nazi-like totalitarian dictatorship is where Trump really intends to take America. Freedom of the press is out the window. We’re going to see large numbers of people wrongly prosecuted and jailed so Trump can consolidate his dictatorial powers.

How can you choose NOT to vote and then protest?
Being from Wisconsin I wasn’t going to vote for Trump because I figured he did not have a chance to win Wisconsin anyways. I still figured it was my right and duty to vote or I have no right to complain about the results after the election.
I was very surprised to see all the “underground” Trump supporters who went to the polls to cast their ballot.
I guess the lazy Hillary Clinton “supporters” did not bother to make the effect when it counted and now want a “Do over” like a child. I am surprised that Trump won. I am happy Trump won. I actual believe in “HOPE” for our country. I think I even had a tear during Trump’s speech.

I am more surprised at the Clinton supporters who can not except her defeat. She tried, she lied and she ran a negative “smear” campaign and she lost. The people who voted cast their ballot and Trump won according to the laws and rules. Not stop your worthless and violent protests and start to care about America instead of yourselves.
