MILWAUKEE -- Life is busy, especially this time of year. There's shopping and baking to do, not to mention travel. But don't skip exercising! Erika Alexander of Push Functional Fitness joins Real Milwaukee with a workout you can do anywhere.

ROUND 1:
BAND: static squat tricep kickbacks
CARDIO: mountain climbers

ROUND 2:
BAND: single leg bicep curl into frontal
CARDIO: lateral hops

ROUND 3:
BAND: core tea pots
CARDIO: plank jacks

ROUND 4:
BAND: squat (optional: press)
CARDIO: in out jump squats

ROUND 5:
BAND: lateral leg lifts
CARDIO: plank knee drives

Each exercise is 25 reps with 30 second cardio 'bursts' in between. You do the routine twice, so you end up doing each of the band exercises for 50 total reps
