MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are asking for the public's help identifying three suspects wanted in connection to three crimes which occurred within 30 minutes on the city's northwest side.

The string of thefts occurred on Wednesday, December 7th.

"How, you know? That's crazy!" Burnest Graves said.

According to police, the first theft occurred at the Walgreens located at 5201 N. 91st Street (near 91st and Appleton) around 12:40 p.m. The suspects stole an item before they fled the store.

The second theft occurred at the Family Dollar located at 9014 W. Appleton Avenue (near 91st and Villard) 20 minutes later -- around 1:00 p.m. Police say the suspects stole several items before fleeing the store.

"It`s just horrible, and this is Christmas time!" Glenda Tatum said.

"I`m not surprised. I`m just glad didn`t nobody die," Alice Campbell said.

Police say the third theft was a strong armed robbery just 10 minutes later at the Dollar Tree at 10110 W. Silver Spring Drive (near 103rd and Silver Spring Drive) around 1:10 p.m. The suspects stole several items and one of the suspects punched an employee when they were trying to stop them.

FOX6 News was told that employee is OK, and has returned to work.

"It`s really getting horrible out here," Tatum said.

"Three in 30 minutes surprises me, but crime doesn`t surprise me any longer in Milwaukee. Milwaukee used to be a great city, but it`s slowly deteriorating. It`s becoming the crime center of the world, it seems like, you know? So much crime, you know?" Graves said.

FOX6 News has not confirmed this with investigators, but sources at the crime scenes indicated the suspects got away with beef sticks and candy.
