“I need help:” The book and character helping illustrate the life of a child with autism

MILWAUKEE -- April is Autism Awareness Month -- and if you know or are someone on the autism spectrum, you can appreciate that it's one of the most misunderstood conditions.

But the question is: how do you break through to those in need? Well, a local mother and daughter had an idea. With the help of a local illustrator, they put together a book called "Mikey"  to benefit kids, parents, and teachers dealing with autism.
