Alcohol believed to have been factor in New Year's Day crash in Town of Germantown

GERMANTOWN -- Alcohol is believed to have been a factor in a crash that happened early on New Year's Day in the Town of Germantown.

It happened on Division Road around 6:00 a.m.

Washington County sheriff's deputies responded to the scene.

We're told the injuries suffered by the sole occupant of the vehicle were not severe.
