Badminton is coming to Milwaukee; city to host 2018 YONEX Junior National Championships

MILWAUKEE --  Badminton is coming to Milwaukee!

USA Badminton (USAB) announced on Wednesday, January 17th that the 2018 YONEX Junior National Championships, which will be played in Milwaukee from June 27 to July 3. It was originally set to be played out in Aurora, Illinois.

The Wisconsin Center will play host to the Championships.

The Junior National Championships annually draws more than 400 participants from across the United States and is USAB’s highest-ranking junior tournament. It carries the heaviest weight for those elite junior players who wish to qualify for Junior International Trials to have a chance to be selected as part of the U.S. Junior Team to compete at the Junior Pan Am Championships and World Junior Championships.
