Police: 2 men stabbed during altercation near Morgan Park, 2 arrested

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating after two men sustained stab wounds early Thursday morning, Feb. 22 near Morgan Park.

Police were called out to the area of  Kinnickinnic Ave.and Vollmer Ave. around 3:30 a.m.

Preliminary information shows that an altercation among a group led to the stabbing and two men, ages 20 and 22, were stabbed.

Both were transported to a hospital -- the 22-year-old with non-life threatening injuries; the 20-year-old with serious injuries.

Two arrests have been made --  a 17-year-old boy and an 18-year-old male.

The investigation is ongoing.
