Packers looking ahead: Future NFL players take part in NFL Scouting Combine

INDIANAPOLIS -- Future NFL players gathered this week in Indianapolis for the league's draft combine. It's important for them -- and for teams like the Green Bay Packers. FOX6's Tim Van Vooren is there to talk with the key players involved in the process -- and he spoke with Packers General Manager, Brian Gutekunst.

"No, this is an important part of the entire equation. Obviously, there is a medical component that is a big part of it -- and this is the first time for us that we've gotten to put our hands on and talked to a lot of these prospects -- the first time we've been able to do that. So trying to find out their wiring, will they fit into our locker room, and there's a ton of those things that we are going through. So it's an exceptionally important week," said Gutekunst.
