Fish by the bucket! The fish fry favorite you can pick up and bring home

MILWAUKEE -- It's a fish fry you can enjoy in the comfort of your own home -- thanks to Steve Ozbolt of Emerald City Catering in South Milwaukee. Brian introduces us to his "wizard" who makes one of South Shore's best Friday fish fry.

We all have fond memories of our childhood, for Steve Ozbolt, those include being in the kitchen with his mom and dad.

"I cooked when I was a kid from when I was 18-20, detoured to a different career for 20 years and when I turned 40 my wife said, figure out what you want to do and let's do that," said Steve Ozbolt.

For the past nine years, that has meant catering events. It's very fitting for a guy nicknamed "Oz" because he's proved that dreams really do come true at Emerald City.

"Basically you come down Rawson Avenue into South Milwaukee and it's a bright green building with a yellow brick road leading up to it. We wanted to make sure it stood out," said Ozbolt.

Another thing that stands out is Emerald City's fish fry.

"The primary thing we do is fried cod, although we do have a few other fish options and shrimp, we do primarily fried cod," said Ozbolt.
