Fatal wreck: Milwaukee man, 27, killed in motorcycle crash in St. Francis

ST. FRANCIS -- A Milwaukee man, 27, died Wednesday, May 2 in a motorcycle crash near Pennsylvania and Crawford in St. Francis. The victim has been identified as Benjamin Maki.

It happened around 6:30 p.m.

According to police, Maki was driving southbound on Pennsylvania Avenue when he lost control -- striking a pole and a guide wire support for a utility pole.

Police say speed appears to be a factor.

The crash remains under investigation.
