Recognize this guy? Police seek to ID suspect in damage to property complaint

SHEBOYGAN -- Sheboygan police are asking the public for assistance in identifying a suspect in connection to a damage to property complaint.

It happened in the area of 13th Street and Wisconsin Avenue.
