Truck strikes train bridge on Kinnickinnic Avenue, shuts down southbound traffic

MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee police on Wednesday, July 11 blocked off Kinnickinnic Avenue just north of Becher after a truck struck the train bridge and tipped over.

The southbound lane of Kinnickinnic was shut down — but northbound traffic was moving freely.


It’s unclear at this point how fast the truck was going — or whether anyone was hurt.
