When restaurants close, inevitably something will move in to replace it. Lucky for us, that means new options for dining out. From classic French cuisine to authentic gourmet Mexican dishes -- three new local restaurants have not only brought new life into old spaces, but they've also created some tasty lunch, dinner and dessert dishes.
