Surveillance video appears to show children being dropped over border wall

ARIZONA -- Migrant children appear to be dropping over the border wall.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection released surveillance video showing what looks to be two migrant children being handed over from the Mexico side of the wall into Arizona.

Six people were taken into custody, including three children ages 2, 7 and 10.
