We Energies: Power restored to thousands in SE Wisconsin amid bitter cold Thursday

SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN -- The We Energies Outage Map Thursday morning, Jan. 31 showed more than 4,000 without power in southeast Wisconsin. Around 8:15 a.m. power had been restored to thousands  -- with around 145 customers still affected.
