Joshua Landmark"There's a lot of commuters, because you got Marquette up the street. Downtown, they go the courthouse right here. You have MATC," said Joshua Landmark. Landmark is the general manager of In & Out Store. It is near the corner of 6th and Wisconsin. He told FOX6 News accidents are a common view out of his store window, but vehicle thefts aren't heard of as much. In this case, the Uber driver apparently made a stop at the George Webb on Old World Third Street -- and left the car running outside.

"I don't leave it running when I'm going anywhere. I am taking my keys. Locking my car and I'm minding my business," Landmark said.

Incident near 6th and Wisconsin Ave., MilwaukeeLandmark said this is an example of how cautious people need to be about their vehicles. "It's a good thing no one got hurt. I would just say to the Uber driver and for whoever -- don't leave your vehicles unattended," Landmark said. Again, three suspects were arrested in this case. Charges are pending. FOX6 News reached out to Uber for comment, but have yet to hear back.
