US Marshals search for Ramond Redding, a man with 'a violent history'

MILWAUKEE -- U.S. Marshals offer an update after running with minimal leads in the case of a wanted Milwaukee fugitive, Ramond Redding.

"As a result of that ,we're reaching out to you guys to see if we can locate him," the agent on this case said. "He could be armed and dangerous. I wouldn't approach him.”

Marshals say the case has taken a turn. Since being profiled on FOX6's Wisconsin's Most Wanted, new information suggests Redding is heading back and forth between Milwaukee and Green Bay.

Marshals say Redding has not made efforts to lay low. But since the warrant for his arrest made it on FOX6 News, he has deleted his social media.

Redding is wanted for a parole violation. According to his parole officer, he stopped checking in around the same time a violent shooting erupted near 35th and Clybourn in Milwaukee. Redding is wanted for questioning in the gunfire that authorities say nearly killed a man.

"He has two nicknames he goes by 'ManMan' and 'Moan,' the Deputy U.S. Marshal on this case said.

Redding is described as being 6'3" tall and weighing about 230 pounds. He has a tattoo on his forearm that says 'RIP Bizzy' -- and he is closely associated with the 33rd and Michigan neighborhood.

"I would suggest Mr. Redding do the right thing and turn himself in and explain himself for his behavior and his actions," the Marshal said. "The easiest way for him to resolve this is -- take care of his responsibilities."
